*DBS PREVIOUS CLIENTS ONLY* Clean and groom brows. Assess the previous microblading/ombre'/powder/combination brow. Designing and mapping. Application of antiseptic and numbing. Procedure and approval. Reserved for microblading and etc completed less than 2 years ago (24 months). Please book a regular service appointment for anything over 2 years.

Cancellation Policy

**PLEASE READ** We ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 1 day (24 hours) before the beginning of your appointment. For your convenience you may reschedule or cancel on our website 24 hours a day. (Download the app for convenience) If less than 24 hour notice is given for a cancellation or reschedule, you will lose your deposit for your service and it will not be transferred to a later appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged your deposit and your appointment will need to be re-booked and scheduled. We strive to stick to our schedule and respect our client’s time and we kindly ask that you do the same. If you are a no-show, the full amount will be charged to your credit card. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS will be given for ANY DEPOSIT or SERVICE.
